TEMPO INCREASES AS SENATE VOTE DRAWS NEARER
The ACSC Executive Director Max Rheese, lead science advisor Professor Bob Carter and Dr Jay Lehr, Science Director of the Heartland Institute in the U.S have been touring the country giving presentations on the folly of the present course of political action to STOP climate change.
They are yet to encounter anyone who believes an emissions trading scheme will have an effect on the climate of the planet.
A number of presentations have already occurred in Perth and Melboune with the focus today [August 12th] on Sydney. Dr Lehr was interviewed by ABC Lateline at a daytime presentation in Sydney and filmed by SBS at the evening presentation at Rydges World Square Hotel in Pitt Street.
Professor Carter joined Dr Lehr for the evening presentation after having flown from Canberra where he briefed parliamentarians at the invitation of Senator Steve Fielding.
Tomorrow Dr Lehr moves on to Brisbane to speak at the Brisbane Institute and other private presentations.
