CLIMATE MODELS FLAWED SAYS EXPERT
In a paper released today, former Australian Greenhouse Office carbon modeller Dr David Evans says the predictions of climate models do not conform to the observed data collected by NASA satellites, radiosondes, and the Argo ocean buoy network.

U.K. MET OFFICE FIGURES SHOW NO WARMING FOR 15 YEARS
According to David Rose writing at the U.K. Mail Online "The supposed ‘consensus’ on man-made global warming is facing an inconvenient challenge after the release of new temperature data showing the planet has not warmed for the past 15 years."
CARBON TAX DEFIES REALITY
In an article published in The Wall Street Journal on Friday16 prominent scientists, including the former head of the Australian National Climate Centre William Kininmonth, state “There is no compelling scientific argument for drastic action to "decarbonize" the world's economy.”
The observational data from the global satellite network over the last 32 years does not support the IPCC forecasts derived from climate models.
William Kininmonth interviewed on the ABC World today along with Professor Tim Flannery, a palaeontologist, who queries the qualifications of Richard Lindzen, professor of meteorology at MIT and Kininmonth who headed the National Climate Centre for the Bureau of Meteorology for 12 years.
ALARMING! 2011 THE 51st WARMEST YEAR IN AUSTRALIA
Steve Woodman in a guest post at Jo Nova's website looks back at the temperature record in Australia to see where 2011 sits.
THE HOUNDING OF LORD LAWSON
The alarmist camp and their followers continue to feel threatened by public discussion of important environmental and energy issues.
Forget the personal attacks and produce better arguments.
EVERYTHING IS CONNECTED
As they say in discussion about the environment, everything is connected to something else.
In Germany, unquestioning belief in IPCC science and 'catastrophic' climate change, not to mention Angela Merkel's sharp eye on domestic green politics, led to heavy investment in renewable energy technologies, along with the subsidies that go with these currently inefficient forms of electricity generation.
Adding to Germany's current woes is Merkel's pandering to populist sentiment by backing away from investing in further nuclear energy, but being forced to import electricity generated by French nuclear power stations.
Germany is now struggling with the enormous cost of its solar subsidies as consumers tire of paying Europe's second highest rates for power - coming in behind that other stellar performer in the renewable energy stakes Denmark, who have the highest power bills in Europe.
